On April 28, Tohoku University and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited have jointly invested to establish the Tohoku University Co-Creation Initiative.
The company has both research and business perspectives and aims to return the results of university research to society, thereby solving various social issues and creating a prosperous future.
Tohoku University and Tohoku University Co-Creation Initiative, Inc. will work together to create a large social impact that cannot be achieved by the university alone, and promote a new university growth scheme in collaboration with the university’s science park project.
